Questions

Who are the listeners?

Real people who applied, passed an interview and had their identity checked. Professional counsellors also have their credentials verified before we show them as counsellors.

How much does it cost?

Each listener sets a per-minute rate for chat, voice and video, starting at ₹5 a minute. You buy credits (1 credit = ₹1) and only pay for the minutes you use. You need about five minutes’ worth to start.

Will the listener know who I am?

No. They see the name you choose — never your phone number or payment details. Chat and voice keep your appearance private; video shows your camera.

Is this therapy?

Everyday listeners offer support and a place to be heard; they are not therapists. For professional help, choose someone marked “Credentials verified”. Loret is not an emergency service.

Are calls recorded?

No. Calls are never recorded. Chat messages are kept so that problems can be reported and reviewed.

Good listeners are rare. We found some.
